Jim has pastored or been on staff at churches in Arkansas, Florida, Texas, Oklahoma and Missouri. However, much of Jim’s life has been “on the road,” teaching leaders and communicating the good news in approximately 45 countries and almost every state of the United States through Christian Communicators Worldwide. Jim is the author of several books, including Wasted Faith, Pursuing God, Led By the Spirit, Going Under, Divorce and Remarriage: A Permanence View (co-authored with the other elders). Jim and Pam have three children who serve Christ: Benjamin, Bryan and Laura. He desires to be used by God for motivating believers to share life in an active and loving congregation of Bible-centered, thinking Christians.
